C — External courier
Book a contracted courier, print the label, track the AWB. Manual fallback if the provider API is down.
D — Customer pickup
Mark the order ready and verify the pickup OTP at your counter. No delivery fee is created.

Our review team checks documents. You can respond to requests for more evidence.
